Nationals 2024 Banner

2024 has been an incredible year for UK Netrunner with 6 astounding regional events, UK Nationals serves as the crown jewel of the OP season and one of the largest Netrunner tournaments in the world!

This year we are pleased to host UK Nationals at the lovely SPARKS in Bristol, a dedicated space not shared with any other events, in a wonderful city and soon to be filled with more than 100 lovely Netrunners.

The three day event will feature a 3v3 team event on the Friday, Saturday will be the main event with 10 rounds of Swiss and on Sunday there will be various side events to play in as well as the main event Top Cut.

Tickets

This ticket buys you entry to the main event on Saturday and Sunday, plus the team event on Friday and side events on Sunday. This is the only ticket you need to get full access to all events at UK Nats 2024.

Tournament Structure

The main event will be run with 10 rounds of Single Sided Swiss, followed by a double elimination cut to top 16.

Rounds will last 40 minutes with a break for lunch.

Venue

The venue is incredibly central and accessible via Broadmead right in the city centre.

Stepless access is available on request, if you require stepless access please feel free to reach out and we can organise everything ahead of time.

The space is large and we will not be sharing it with any other events, if you would like to get a sense of the space you can view it on the SPARKS website.

If you are looking at flying to UK Nationals 2024 there is an airport in Bristol that is convient to fly to from several places in Europe, Heathrow is the other most convient airport to fly to and from with coaches running direct to Bristol.

Prizing

The has been supplied with an official NSG 2024 National Championship Kit that will support up to 150 competetors, the exact number of each prize available is yet to be confirmed.

Unique to this event is the incredible Ashen Epilogue by Brindelmold which will be given as an additional participation prize and on a totally one of a kind playmat for the winner of the main event.

Side Events

In addition to the UK National championships we will be running several side events:

  • Crown of Servers Team Event: Friday full day event , Standard Format
  • Startup National Championships: Sunday full day event

We are also looking for volunteers to run additional side events, if you are interested in running a side event then please register your interest via the volunteer form below.

Volunteering

We are looking for lots of volunteers to help with reporting results and pairings, judging games, running and commentating the stream, setting up, running side events and much much more.

All attendees who volunteer during the main event on Saturday will get free entry into all side events and will not need to buy a ticket. If you plan to play on Saturday but volunteer on other days, we are very grateful for your help but you will still need to buy a ticket!
