Welcome to the Bay Area's first Circuit Opener tournament of 2023!
The format for this tournament will be Startup.

This tournament will run on Saturday, May 20th, with the first games starting at 11 AM. Registration will open a half hour prior at 10:30.
We will be playing at Victory Point Cafe in Berkeley, CA.
Registration costs are $15, paid to the TO day-of.

Depending on attendance, we will play 3 or 4 rounds of double-sided swiss. If we have 16 or more players, there will be a top 4 cut following the regular rounds.
Prizes will be the official 2023 first half Circuit Opener, plus picks from our local collection of alt-arts.

Circuit Openers are the inaugural and midseason event of the competitive season. They will be run by local organizers. The 2023 H1 kit contains:
