 23!\nThe format for this tournament will be Startup.\nThis tournament will
  run on Saturday\, May 20th\, with the first games starting at 11 AM. Regi
 stration will open a half hour prior at 10:30.\nWe will be playing at Vict
 ory Point Cafe in Berkeley\, CA.\nRegistration costs are $15\, paid to the
  TO day-of.\nDepending on attendance\, we will play 3 or 4 rounds of doubl
 e-sided swiss.  If we have 16 or more players\, there will be a top 4 cut 
 following the regular rounds.\nPrizes will be the official 2023 first half
  Circuit Opener\, plus picks from our local collection of alt-arts.\n
