Welcome to the inaugural Americas Invitational tournament!
The main mission of this tournament is to highlight North American players who have demonstrated a high level of play within the past year. Invitations were sent based on player performance, regional location, and faction preference.
16 players will play in a triple elimination SSS format with open deck lists for every match. Once a player loses three games, they are eliminated. I expect this event to take 9-11 45 minutes SSS rounds to crown our winner. That is roughly 6-8 hours of netrunner games to be played. There will also be 30 min breaks after rounds 3, 6, and 9. There will be no ties. Every player in the event will have a seed that will be used to break ties in the event that the game would usually result in a tie. Seeds will be determined by bean count (https://tinyurl.com/3vnm72wf).
