The NISEI Netrunner Canadian Nationals tournament is happening in Vancouver!

When:

-September 11th, 2022
-Registration will be from 11:00 am to 11:20 am
-Games will begin at 11:30am

Where:

-The Connection Games, 2945 Renfrew St. Vancouver, BC

Cost:

-$20 per person
-Pre-registration here.

Format:

-This event will take place in the current NISEI Standard format.
-We will also be using Single-Sided Swiss(SSS) for this event. If you need more details on this, read this article.
-I expect there to be up to 6 rounds of SSS, followed by a top 4 cut.
-There is a limit of 30 players in this event.

COVID Procedures

-Masks will be required for this event, and must be worn while inside the venue. Failure to follow this rule will result in disqualification.
-Shoppers who are just browsing, but not playing are permitted in the venue without a mask.

National Championships are limited to one per country and are run by a local organizer. National Championship Kits are purchased via an application process. The 2022 kit contains:

99× Drafter (Scott Uminga)
12× IP Block (J. Bias)

(As Sanctioned events, prize structures for National Championships are strict. TOs found in violation of the prize structure may be banned from purchasing future kits.)
