Format: NISEI Standard

Tier: Casual. See NISEI Organized Play Policies (http://nisei.net/op/resources) for full details

○ Up to 8 players: 3 rounds, no cut
○ 9-15 players: 4 rounds, no cut
○ 16 players: 4 rounds, top 3

Round times: Swiss 65 minutes, Cut (if necessary) 40 minutes

Important rules update (see here: https://twitter.com/nisei_rules/status/1114007626025553920?s=21)

In short:
• MirrorMorph will not let you take another action after playing a Terminal.
• Ending the run during a paid ability window will immediately close that window, meaning no spending stimhack credits after a NISEI token is used, etc!
