This will be a Cache Refresh tournament which limits players to one copy of the core set, the Terminal Directive big box, one big box expansion of their choice, and all data packs from the last two cycles (Flashpoint & Red Sand). The MWL will be in effect.

If you have questions about deckbuilding or want someone to bring a pre-built, legal Cache Refresh deck for you, get in touch on the SanSan Francisco mailing list.

We will discuss at the tournament whether to do the bidding portion of Cache Refresh; if people feel like it's not worth it, we will omit the bidding and play with regular (play both sides) Swiss pairing rules.
