Netrunner Philippines presents Halloweenie Costume Party!
Inspired by the online custom tournament format hosted by Juniper Theory, rotated and standard-legal Corps and Runners switch their allegiances to break the metagame, for one night only!
Build your decks based on the custom format rules (see below), and wear your best corpo or runner outfit for the occasion on October 11, 2026 at Whimsy Game Cafe. Prizes await participants for the Top of Swiss, Best Deck Concept, and Best in Costume!

Costume Party Format Rules:
- Choose ANY Corp and Runner identity from the history of Netrunner (FFG and NSG), excluding a few banned IDs (see below).
- Switch your chosen ID's faction! For one night only, turn Criminals into Anarchs, HB into NBN, and Apex* into a Shaper! Their influence, deck size, and card text remain the same.
- Build decks around your IDs using the Standard format card pool and its current ban list.

*Playing as Adam, Apex, or Sunny? Get access to all your mini-faction cards as part of your card pool! However, you must spend influence to include them to your Runner deck, since you are required to change your faction. Spend your 25 influence wisely!
