A casual Netrunner tournament with a twist: you won’t be playing your own decks.

Everyone brings one Corp and one Runner deck. At the start of the event, Corps and Runners are separated into two pools and randomly reassigned.

You’ll receive a Corp and a Runner built by ideally two different players, and keep them for the entire tournament.

We’ll play 3–4 rounds of Double-Sided Swiss, depending on attendance, with no elimination cut.

How it works

Each player brings:

• One legal Corp deck
• One legal Runner deck
• A printed decklist for each
• A short 2–4 sentence “How to play this deck” note covering the basic game plan and any important or unusual interactions

Decks will be assigned so that:

• You never receive either of your own decks
• Corp and Runner come from different constructors wherever possible
• Direct reciprocal swaps are avoided where practical

You’ll have some time before Round 1 to look through your decks and read the pilot notes.

No strategic coaching during the tournament. The printed notes are all the help your pilot gets until the event is finished.

Deckbuilding spirit

Bring decks you’d genuinely be happy to be handed yourself.

Creative decks, pet cards, unusual IDs, jank and strange strategies are very welcome. They do not need to be top-tier competitive decks.

They should, however:

• Have a functional economy and a realistic plan for winning
• Not be deliberately weakened or sabotaged
• Be reasonably playable by someone seeing them for the first time
• Explain any important non-obvious interactions in the pilot note

A weird combo deck is great. A pile designed to ruin someone else’s afternoon is not. :)

Two competitions

There are two competitions happening at once.

Pilot Championship

Your normal Swiss results determine the Pilot standings. Each round consists of:

• One game with your borrowed Corp
• One game with your borrowed Runner

The regular 2026 H2 Casual Tournament Kit prizes will be awarded according to the Pilot standings.

Constructor Championship

Your own decks are also competing, just without you piloting them.

The tournament points earned by the players using your Corp and Runner are added together:

Constructor Score = Corp points + Runner points

If Constructor Scores are tied, the first tiebreaker is the score of the constructor’s weaker-performing side. For example:

• Constructor A: 9 + 6 = 15
• Constructor B: 12 + 3 = 15

Constructor A wins the tiebreak, rewarding two successful decks rather than one dominant deck.

This is intended as a relaxed social event and an excuse to experience Netrunner from somebody else’s perspective.

Come with two decks you enjoy, hand them over, and see what somebody else can do with them.

Location

The event will be held about 5 minutes' walk from Malmö Central Station. On arrival, press 100 + the bell symbol at the gate and take the elevator to the top floor.

Registration

The registration fee is 100 SEK per player, covering the venue, prizes and snacks.
