Entry fee: £10, tickets to be purchased at Patriot Games Store Link, you are actively encouraged to purchase a ticket prior to attending, though they can also be purchased upon arrival.
Format: Single-Sided Swiss in Standard (with latest banlist)

Tournament Structure

This is a standard format event likely consisting of six, 40 minute rounds of single-sided swiss, with 5 minutes of buffer between rounds. (If we get more players than expected, there may be a bonus round; if we get fewer, there may only be 5 rounds. This will be confirmed at the start of the day.)

The full planned schedule is as follows, which contains buffer time:
10:00-10:30: Registration and briefing
10:30-11:15: Round 1
11:15-12:00: Round 2
12:00-13:00: Lunch
13:00-13:45: Round 3
13:45-14:30: Round 4
14:30-15:15: Round 5
15:15-16:00: Round 6
16:00-17:00: Overflow, prizes and wrap up.
In the event, there are more than 16 players, a bonus round 7 will be added. There will be no top cut due to venue closing time.

Location

The event is held in Patriot Games Sheffield. There are a few ways to get here:
From Sheffield Train Station, it is a 10 min walk down shoreham street, then making a right turn to see the shop in sight.
Nearest parking is Mary Street, Sidney Street or Sylvester Street Car parks. Most should have day rate and be paid by phone, please check prior to departure.
