The SanSan North Netrunner group is holding the SECOND ANNUAL Pride Month Fundraiser tournament on Sunday, June 14! All entry fees and card/merch “sales” will be donated to Pacific Center.

Entry fee ispay-what-you-want with a suggested donation of $25 paid to the organizer via cash or Venmo.

Tournament structure

We will be using the 26.05 Banlist.

This is a Casual level tournament in the Standard format. Decklists are not required.

We will run 6 rounds of Single Sided Swiss, with registration starting at 10 am and the first round starting at 10:30 am. Each round will be 40 minutes. We will aim to wrap up Swiss around 5:00 pm. There will be a ~1 hour lunch break after round 2.

Venue details

The venue is a 10 minute walk from the Santa Clara Caltrain station.

You can park in the Game Kastle Santa Clara parking lot or on any of the side streets such as Brokaw Road, which have 8 hour free street parking.

The Game Kastle Santa Clara allows outside food, so feel free to pack a lunch or dinner. The Game Kastle Santa Clara also has some snacks and drinks (e.g. Gatorade) for sale, and instant ramen.

We will have jugs of water available to refill your water bottles.

Food options within walking distance include:

Chicken Meets Rice (Asian casual, good price. Tofu available. Hainan chicken approved by Wikignometry)
Men-Bei Ramen (affordable ramen option)
McDonalds
Costco

There are also several restaurants along El Camino Real that are a little too far to walk (20-30 minutes) but well within a short driving distance.
