"CTKs now only offer a voucher for the participation foil prize for the next Circuit Breaker Invitational. Players who claim this voucher will not be able to play in the tournament. As a result, we are allowing the prize to roll down beyond the winner if they already have one or choose to pass it on for any reason.
In order to play in the next CBI, players will need to win an invite through competitive level tournaments (District, Megacity or Continental Championships or the World Championship), or through Accelerated Meta Tests."
