Currently, the event is planned to be held at Snackbar Frieda. The venue is about 1km away from Rotterdam Centraal train station, and can also be accessed by tram 1, 7 and 11 which stop at Tiendplein (300m walk). Free P+R parking is available at metro Meijersplein (3 metro stops away from Rotterdam Centraal).

The venue is step-free accessible with a ramp and wide doors. Fixed seating on the ground floor is available. A large portion of the playspace is half a floor down by stairs. A toilet is half a floor up by stairs. The expected capacity is about 16 players, but will be discussed with the hosts.

Snackbar Frieda is locally known as a squatted space (kraakpand) with values aligning with local grassroots activism, squatting, queer rights, migrant rights, disability rights, veganism, anarchism and more. It is kindly expected players will respect these values within the space.

Information for first-time tournament players

If this is your first time playing a Netrunner (or any card game) tournament, a casual briefing about expectations and rules will be held before the first round. Here, new players can also ask for rules clarifications and tips before starting.

• Participants are expected to bring both a Startup 26.04 legal corp and runner deck. Borrowing is allowed, but please check ahead of time to guarantee being able to play, and prepare playing the decks, as play advice during matches is not allowed ;)
• Players must keep using the same decks for the entire duration of the tournament, and may not change the cards in their deck between matches
• Proxies and alternate artworks are allowed (check the Organized Play Policy section 2.3 for legality. It is recommended to sleeve any paper proxies with a generic standard size card.
• Opaque sleeves mandatory, a few backup sleeves heavily recommended in case of shuffling casualties. A box of slightly used sleeves will be present for free use during the event.
• Players are expected to participate for the entire duration of the tournament. Dropping out is possible, but prizing will be done after the final round.
