That means that it's a regular tournament but if you win you get to sign a Pokémon card. But only if you win a cut. No signing if you don't win a cut. " That's the rules. "
Other than that, you know the drill: we'll play some number of swiss rounds, we'll take a break in the middle to eat pizza, I'll bring Timbits if I get there early enough. Registration will be $10, with an additional $10 option for pizza. (Please note that if you cannot afford the registration fee, you will not be turned away. Just discuss this with the TO directly [Joshua in the Torsaug Discord].) I'll have plenty of prizes to give away, in addition to the new CTK. I know you want those Measured Responses.
