nach den ersten Erfahrungen mit der neuen Location wollen wir wir am 01. März unser erstes Casual Tournament in diesem Jahr in der B-Side veranstalten.
Einen Tag vor dem Release von Vantage Point spielen wir trotzdem noch mit dem Kartenpool bis Elevation.
Das Event richtig sich explizit an neuere Spieler:innen. Wenn dies also Dein erstes Event ist, fühl Dich herzlich eingeladen und schreib mir gerne deine Fragen oder Unsicherheiten bzgl. einer Teilnahme per E-Mail.

Es werden 6 Runden Single Sided Swiss (40min. time slots) gespielt.

Aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten sind wir auf 20 Personen beschränkt. Im Laufe des Nachmittags wird es eine Tanzveranstaltung im Nebenraum geben. Wenn du geräuschempfindlich, oder leicht ablenkbar bist, nimm dir gerne Kopfhörer oder Ohrstöpsel mit.

Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung wird zwischen 8-13€ Kosten um die Fixkosten zu decken und ggf. etwas an die Location spenden zu können. Getränke, Croissants und Kuchen gibt es den Tag über an der Bar. Eigene Getränke und Snacks dürfen konsumiert werden. Wasser gibt es gratis. Ein paar Snacks werden wir vorher einkaufen.

Zwischen 13:40-14:30 gibt es eine Mittagspause. Nicht zu weit entfernt gibt es eine Pizzeria und eine Brauerei. Wenn ihr mögt, könnt ihr Euch morgens mit auf die Bestellliste für eine Pizzalieferung setzen.

Wir möchten, dass sich alle auf unserer Veranstaltung sicher und wohl fühlen. Wenn du dich unwohl fühlst, eine unangenehme Situation erlebst oder Unterstützung brauchst, kannst du dich jederzeit vertrauensvoll an den TO (sciurus_vulgaris) wenden.
Vorfälle wie Belästigung, Diskriminierung, Einschüchterung oder Gewaltandrohungen nehmen wir ernst. Solche Verhaltensweisen können zur sofortigen Disqualifikation und zum Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung führen. Wenn du so etwas erlebst, wende dich bitte direkt an den TO. Unser Vorgehen richtet sich nach dem Code of Conduct von NSG.

Anreise:
Die Anreise erfolgt via Zug über den Bahnhof Münster (West.). Von dort sind es entweder 18 Minuten (1,3km) zu Fuß, oder ihr nehmt die Buslinien 5/8 bis zur Halle Münsterland und lauft von da die 7 Minuten (450m).
Für Anreisende mit dem Auto gibt es direkt vor dem Gelände umfassend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Dear Runners,

After our initial positive experiences with the new location, we would like to host our first Casual Tournament of the year at B-Side on March 1.

One day before the release of Vantage Point, we will still be playing with the card pool up to Elevation. This event is aimed specifically at newer players. If this is your first event, you are very welcome to attend and feel free to send us your questions in advance by email.

There will be 6 rounds of Single Sided Swiss (40-minute time slots).

Due to the size of the venue, we are limited to 20 people. There will be a dance event in the adjoining room during the afternoon. If you are sensitive to noise or easily distracted, please bring headphones or earplugs.

Participation in the event will cost between €8 - €13 to break even. Any surplus will be donated to the venue. Drinks, croissants, and cake will be available at the bar throughout the day at the event venue. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks. Water will be provided free of charge. We will buy a few snacks in advance.

There will be a lunch break between 1:40 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. A pizzeria and a brewery are both in walking distance from the venue. If you like, you can add your name to the order list for pizza delivery in the morning.

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at our event. If you feel uncomfortable, experience an unpleasant situation or need support, you can contact the TO (sciurus_vulgaris) in confidence at any time.
We take incidents such as harassment, discrimination, intimidation or threats of violence seriously. Such behavior can lead to immediate disqualification and exclusion from the event. If you experience such behavior, please contact the TO directly. Our procedure is based on the NSG Code of Conduct.

How to get there:
You can get there by train via Münster (West) station. From there, it's either an 18-minute walk (1.3 km) or you can take bus lines 5/8 to Halle Münsterland and walk 7 minutes (450 m) from there.
For those arriving by car, there is ample parking directly in front of the venue.
