Dear Runners,

We are delighted to have been awarded the District Championships. One year after our very first casual tournament, we now have the opportunity to host an official tournament. Exciting! Fortunately, we have also found a great location for the DC.

We will play 6 rounds of Single-Sided Swiss (40-minute time slots), followed by a Top Cut featuring the top 4 players.

Due to space limitations, we are limited to 30 people. There will be a dance event in the adjacent room during the afternoon. If you are sensitive to noise or easily distracted, please feel free to bring headphones or earplugs. There is a bar for drinks at the venue. You are welcome to consume your own drinks and snacks on our premises.

There is a lunch break from 1:15 to 2:10 p.m. There’s a pizzeria and a brewery nearby. If you’d like, you can add your name to the order list in the morning for a vegan Pan-Asian restaurant.

Participation in the event will cost between €10 and €13. There is a bar for drinks at the venue. You are welcome to consume your own drinks and snacks in our rooms. We will buy a few snacks beforehand.
