das Jahr schreitet voran, und es geschehen noch Wunder- spätestens Ende Mai halten wir alle unsere echten Karten in der Hand. Der Titel des Turniers ist definitiv nicht bindend; kommt sehr gerne auch mit Proxies.

Es werden 6 Runden Single Sided Swiss (40min. time slots) gespielt.

Aufgrund der Räumlichkeiten sind wir leider auf 20 Personen beschränkt.
Die Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung kostet 8€. Getränke (Club-Mate,Liba-Limo, Töftes, diverse Biere und Radler) gibt es für 1,20-1,50€. Eigene Getränke und Snacks dürfen konsumiert werden. Wasser, Tee und Kaffee gibt es gratis. Wir haben noch jede Menge Snacks vom letzten CT die wir anbieten werden.

Zwischen 13:40-14:30 gibt es eine Mittagspause. In direkter Nachbarschaft ist eine Pizzeria, bei der ihr Euch morgens auf die Bestellliste mit setzen lassen könnt. Für Veganistas habe ich TK Pinsas zum Aufbacken für die Mittagspause (zum EInkaufspreis)

Awareness & Code of Conduct
Wir möchten, dass sich alle auf unserer Veranstaltung sicher und wohl fühlen. Wenn du dich unwohl fühlst, eine unangenehme Situation erlebst oder Unterstützung brauchst, kannst du dich jederzeit vertrauensvoll an den TO (sciurus_vulgaris) wenden.
Vorfälle wie Belästigung, Diskriminierung, Einschüchterung oder Gewaltandrohungen nehmen wir ernst. Solche Verhaltensweisen können zur sofortigen Disqualifikation und zum Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung führen. Wenn du so etwas erlebst, wende dich bitte direkt an den TO. Unser Vorgehen richtet sich nach dem Code of Conduct von NSG.

Anreise:
Die Anreise erfolgt via Zug über den Bahnhof Münster Mecklenbeck (RB 63 von Münster Hbf, dann 7 min. Fußweg) oder mit dem Bus mit den Buslinien 15 und 16 (ebenfalls vom Hbf, dann 4. min Fußweg).

Für Anreisende mit dem Auto gibt es direkt vor dem Gelände umfassend kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Dear Runners,

The year of uncertainties continues to pass by - but there is hope : By the date of this event we should all be able to hold our very own NSG Cards in our hands! What a wonderful thing to be :) The title of the event is in no way binding; feel welcome to show up with all proxies if that is your cup of tea.
6 rounds of Single Sided Swiss (40min. time slots) will be played.

Unfortunately, we are limited to 20 people due to the size of the room.
Participation in the event costs 8€. Drinks (Club-Mate, Liba-Limo, Töftes, various beers and Radler) are available for 1.20-1.50€. You may consume your own drinks and snacks. Water, tea and coffee are free. We still have plenty of snacks from the last CT that we will be offering.

There will be a lunch break between 13:40-14:30. There is a pizzeria in the immediate vicinity where you can put your name on the order list in the morning.

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at our event. If you feel uncomfortable, experience an unpleasant situation or need support, you can contact the TO (sciurus_vulgaris) in confidence at any time.
We take incidents such as harassment, discrimination, intimidation or threats of violence seriously. Such behavior can lead to immediate disqualification and exclusion from the event. If you experience such behavior, please contact the TO directly. Our procedure is based on the NSG Code of Conduct.

Arrival:
Arrival by train via Münster Mecklenbeck station (RB 63 from Münster main station, then a 7-minute walk) or by bus with bus lines 15 and 16 (also from the main station, then a 4-minute walk).

For those arriving by car, there is ample free parking directly in front of the site.
