规则：

• 根据 NSG 最新公布的 Tournament Regulation, Rule, & FAQ
• 本次比赛的每位玩家必须准备 Corporation 和 Runner 牌组各一套，牌组必须符合赛事相关要求。
• 玩家的卡牌必须使用背部不透光的牌套。
• 玩家缺失的卡牌，可以自行采用彩色打印贴条/代牌。玩家必需在提交的卡组中注明贴条/代牌的种类、数量。比赛开始半小时前，玩家必须将牌组交由主办方核实牌组及卡牌的状况，例如是否有标记等等，检查无误方可开始比赛。

报名方式： 玩家将牌组上传至 alwaysberunning.net 中本比赛链接进行报名。参赛玩家必须于 16/4/2025 23:59:59 或之前提交卡组，比赛过程中不得修改牌组列表。

Description:

• According to the latest NSG Tournament Regulation, Rule, & FAQ
• Each player shall prepare both the runner and corporation decks, and all cards must be only available in the Android: Netrunner/ NSG Netrunner set/ proxy card which allowed.
• Players must use card sleeves with an opague side facing the card back.
• Players can use full color printed proxy cards if there is any inadequacy, the maximum number of each card to be included in a deck is 3 unless otherwise specified. The number and type of proxy cards shall be specified in the decklist submitted. Please provide decks to the organizer for verification and inspection of the cards, such as checking for any markings, half an hour before the competition and to be examined by the marshall before the tournament starts. The competition can only start after the inspection is completed without any issues.

Application method: On alwaysberunning.net. Participants are required to submit their decklists on or before 16/4/2025 23:59:59, no changes are allowed during the tournament.
