1.1.1.1 is a limited format for Netrunner that encourages newer players by limiting the size of the card pool required and challenges existing players with new deck building restrictions.
If you haven't played Netrunner in a while, this is a great opportunity to play some games and connect back up with the local community :D
In addition, we are encouraging folks to not include Sifr in their Runner deck as that card presents a lot of problems to Corp deck building in this format. This isn't any sort of hard rule, just friendly encouragement.
