With Continentals recently behind us, the Standard meta around the new set, The Automata Initiative, slowly but surely settles, but that still leaves the Startup meta up to debate! Whether you are new to the game and now itching to play your first competitive event or a veteran planning to prepare for Crown of Servers at Worlds, we welcome you to our first CO in Berlin since the release of the new set!
Location
The address on the sidebar is only approximately correct; you will need to enter into Lietzenburger Str. 39, 10789 Berlin, Germany, where we will be playing in "Raum Worms" on 3.OG (fourth floor). I will also put up signage for directions.
Registration

We will be taking an entry/participation/organizational fee of 10,- EUR, if booked before the end of Sep 24, 13,- EUR after that and 15,- EUR at the venue. This can paid preferably via online transfer, but in a pinch payment in cash at the venue is also possible.
Event
This will be the official Berlin Startup Circuit Opener for 2023 H2.
The event starts at 10:00 local time and is planned to conclude by 19:00, and we will have a 30 min break in between.
We will probably have dinner afterwards, so feel free to join.
The games will probably not be streamed. I will put up an announcement if we do end up being able to stream them.
Format
TO is Girometics (Girometics#2007 on Discord).
We will be playing 4 (four) rounds of Double-sided Swiss and have a Top 3 Cut.
Allowed sets: System Gateway, System Update 2021, Borealis Cycle (Midnight Sun + Parhelion) and The Automata Initiative.
Proxies of acceptable quality (color or grayscale) are permitted. (For details consult the Official NSG Organized Play Policies)
Please send me your decklists before the event starts at girometics.nsgnr@gmail.com, preferably as a netrunnerdb link or a .txt-file.
Opaque sleeves are mandatory.
TO will participate depending on the number of attendees and parity.
Food and Drinks
The venue does not sell food or drinks, so you are invited to bring your own.
There is also an Eastern European Supermarket across the street and an Edeka is nearby.
