Benvenuti alla prima Royal Rumble di Netrunner, l’evento dell’estate per chi non è andato in vacanza. A differenza di un torneo normale, useremo regole speciali per gli accoppiamenti, come nella Royal Rumble.

Gli iscritti sono limitati a 12 giocatori, prenotatevi con un post nell'evento Facebook o scrivendomi in privato.

FINO A 6 ISCRITTI
Si inizia senza giocatori attivi, man mano verranno estratti giocatori che diventeranno attivi, cioè che possono partecipare alla competizione.
All'inizio, due giocatori vengono sorteggiati e iniziano la partita, con lati scelti casualmente. Si gioca un lato solo. Ogni 5 minuti un nuovo giocatore diventa attivo come giocatore libero (cioè attivo ma che non sta giocando). Se vi è un giocatore già entrato considerato libero, è automaticamente accoppiato a lui. Ogni volta che uno vince, ritorna giocatore libero e viene accoppiato all'eventuale giocatore libero già presente o al prossimo giocatore libero.

Il giocatore sconfitto, invece, finisce nella Lower Rumble (LR), dove attende il primo giocatore libero della LR. Come prima, il vincitore ritorna libero nella LR, ma lo sconfitto viene eliminato.

Quando tutti sono stati estratti e sono rimasti due soli giocatori, i due si sfidano fino a che uno dei due accumula 2 sconfitte (contando anche le partite precedenti).

OLTRE I 6 ISCRITTI
Uguale a prima, ma senza la Lower Rumble, chi perde è eliminato. Richiederebbe troppo tempo implementare una doppia eliminazione con più di 6 persone.

Tempo per partita: 40 minuti, usate il timer di Jinteki.

Welcome to the 1st Netrunner Royal Rumble, a summer event for those who did not go on vacation. Unlike a regular event, we will use special rules for the pairings.

UP TO 6 PLAYERS
The competition starts without active players, as time passes more player will become active (meaning that they can participate to the competition).
Two players are extracted and they play against each other with random sides. Only one side is played. Every 5 minutes a new player enters as free player (i.e. an active player that is not playing). If there is another free player, the two are paired. The player who wins a game becomes a free player again and is paired with the eventual free player or to the next one.

The defeated player, instead, becomes a free player in the Lower Rumble (LR). As before, the winner becomes a free player in the LR, but the loser is eliminated.

When all players have been extracted and only two players are left, the two challenge each other until one gets 2 losses (including the ones in the previous games).

MORE THAN 6 PLAYERS

As before, but without the LR (it would require too much time). You lose, you're out.
