Entry is free, and the only requirement is that you are in Kentucky or a bordering state. (KY, IL, IN, OH, WV, VA, TN, MO).
The tournament will take place on jinteki.net. Coordination for the tournament will be on the Louisville Stimhack channel ( https://stimhack.slack.com/archives/C7H74LE79 ). Please join the channel prior to the tournament date.
