Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cambridge 2020 SC will be held online on Jinteki.net and Discord.

Prizes will be posted out to players in the UK (or if you are playing from abroad and have a friend in the UK, that can work too).

Format: Standard
Schedule: 4/5 rounds of swiss (depending on numbers), cut to top 3 (single elimination)
Rules Tier: Casual (Decklist required)
Round Time: 65 mins per Swiss round, 40 mins per elimination round

All players are expected to be excellent to each other, as per Nisei Organised Play Policy.

Meeting Online

Please join us on voice comms in the Event #2 Lobby of the official NISEI Online Event Hub. Event announcements will be made in the online-store-championship-2 channel.

There is an event cap of 16 players (to make sure that every participant gets a prize).

Please complete the Event Registration Form before 10:00 am, so that we can promptly start round 1 at 10:30.

Schedule

Either 4 or 5 rounds of swiss, depending on whether we reach 12 or more players, followed by a single elimination cut to top 3.

This, slightly unconventional, cut is intended to:

  • allow for a more relaxed schedule (including a lunch break!)
  • mean more netrunner for more players
  • make for an exciting cut, that you absolutely will want to hang around and watch! (presuming that someone is streaming it)
