  April 27th as the next chapter of Netrunner unfolds. \nElevation releases
  three days before this event\, and Rain City Games plans to have preorder
 s\, which should be available on release day\, so having the new product w
 on't be an issue. Check back here for a link to that\, or keep an eye in o
 ur Discord server. \nFormat: We're going to have a special format for this
  release\, as I really want to focus on the new cards. Therefore\, the onl
 y legal sets for this tournament are System Gateway and Elevation\nIn addi
 tion\, the follow cards will be banned\n\nPharos\nCleaver\n\nNumber of sin
 gle sided Swiss rounds and top cut dependent on attendance\nDespite being 
 a tournament\, as this is a release event\, newer players are very welcome
