DESCRIPTION:Let's close out our competitive season with a late Circuit Open
 er! Join us in the post Worlds meta at Rain City Games.\nEntry fee is $15 
 CAD.\nRounds and top cut based on attendance. Will likely be Single Sided 
 Swiss.\nWhile this is a competitive event\, newer players are very welcome
 .\nAlso\, if you're a new player and want to learn the game rather than co
 mpete\, you're also very welcome. I'll have starter decks to teach anybody
  who's interested.\nWhether you're competing or learning\, there will be e
 xtra and bonus prizes for all. Additionally\, I'll be bringing my large co
 llection of surplus IDs and spare cards\; many are from rotated sets\, but
  there might be copies you can add to your collection.\nAttendance cap wil
 l be 20 (with a possible increase to 28).\nFor more information\, join the
