  tournament\; decklists required. Card pool is Standard. Current Nisei Com
 prehensive Rules 1.2 &amp\; OP Policy 1.1\, and MWL 3.3 (Banned/Restricted
  List).\n\nEntry is $20 with prize support from the 2019 NISEI Regional Ch
 ampionship kit.\nSwiss Rounds &amp\; Top Cut based on attendance. If neede
 d\, Tiebreaker rounds will be utilized to determine a clear top cut.\nRegi
