DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the first NISEI Netrunner Regional Championship in M
 ichigan. After the tournament concludes we will go to Arbor Brewing Compan
 y - Corner Brewery in Ypsilanti\, MI for food\, drinks\, and commiseration
 .\nEntry Fee: $15\n12 Person minimum.\nRegistration will start at 11:00 AM
  until 11:50 AM. The first round will start promptly at 12 PM.\nThis is a 
 Competitive Tier event. Players are expected to have a better understandin
 g of game and tournament rules and enforcement of said rules is stricter. 
 This tier is not designed to exclude people from participating but rather 
 to serve as a better guideline for what is expected of them.\nThis is a St
 andard Event (using System Core 2019\, most recent  rotation\, and latest 
 MWL).\nWe'll adhere to the most recent NISEI Organized Play Policies. The 
 number of players determine the number of rounds and the top cut according
  to the rules. It's expected to be 4 rounds with a cut to top 4.\nI plan o
 n recording and posting the top cut games.\n
