DESCRIPTION:Madison's first Regional Championship since 2016!\nEntry fee: $
 10. Prizes will include promotional cards and store credit.\nRegistration 
 will start at 10:00 AM until 10:55 PM. The first round will start promptly
  at 11 AM.\nThis is a Competitive Tier event. Players are expected to have
  a better understanding of game and tournament rules and enforcement of sa
 id rules is stricter. This tier is not designed to exclude people from par
 ticipating but rather to serve as a better guideline for what is expected 
 of them.\nDECKLISTS WILL BE REQUIRED.\nThis is a Standard Event (using Sys
 tem Core 2019\, 2019 rotation\, and MWL 3.3).\nFirst place: First-round by
