DESCRIPTION:The first Netrunner event at Madison's newest arcade bar! Come 
 on out for a fun day of hacking and libations.\nEntry fee: $5\nRegistratio
 n will start at 11:00 AM until 11:55 PM. The first round will start prompt
 ly at 12 PM.\nThis is a Casual Tier event. Tournaments at this tier are we
 lcoming to all players\, regardless of experience level. The focus is on c
 reating a fun and friendly environment.\nThis is a Standard Event (using S
 ystem Core 2019\, 2019 rotation\, and MWL 3.0).\nWe'll be adhering to the 
 most recent NISEI Organized Play Policies. The number of players determine
  the number of rounds and the top cut according to the rules. It's expecte
 d to be 4 rounds with a cut to top 4. If we get less than 16 players\, I'l
 l check with players if they still want a top cut.\nStore Championship Pri
 zes\nA variety of prizes are awarded to the most successful players in the
  competition:\nTop 32 - The top thirty-five players will each receive a co
 py of the alternate art card “Crowdfunding”.\nTop 16 - The top ninetee
 n players will each receive a copy of the alternate art card “Embezzle
 ”.\nTop 4 - The top four players will each receive a playmat depicting s
 ome daring hopper-pooling.\nFirst Place - The winner will receive a first 
 round bye to a 2019 NISEI Regional Championship of their choice!\n(Extra c
