DESCRIPTION:\nIt's a bit last minute\, but Sunday the 3rd of February\, we'
 ll be running the first Belgian NISEI event at Outpost Gamecenters in Antw
 erpen!\nThis is a CASUAL ENTRY LEVEL event so anyone can come and hang out
  and play some Netrunner (looking at you\, Brussels). \nWe'll be starting 
 at 12:30 so people have time to get something to eat first\, and play 3 to
  4 rounds of swiss depending on the turnout. We'll end the day with a top 
 3 showdown. \nEveryone participating will receive at least 1 copy of alter
 native art Rashida Jaheem (but it's likely to be 2 or 3 depending on turno
 ut). The top 6 players will receive an alternative art Titan Transnational
  identity card\, and the winner will take home a brand spanking new NISEI 
 playmat!\nWe will be using NISEI Standard Format and Most Wanted List 3.0\

 mats\nI realise that this is still a bit confusing for some people so if y
 ou have any questions\, don't hesitate to ask. You DO NOT need to bring de
