 ES:\n\n\nSTRUCTURE CHANGE: We will be running a number of Swiss Rounds bas
 ed upon attendance using the Basic Structure numbers. Unlike a Basic Struc
 ture tournament\, we will not be progressing to a Top 4 (Double Eliminatio
 n) Cut.\n\nSWISS ROUND DURATION: 65 min. Critical Run events are normally 
 70 min. which is 5 min. longer than tournament standards.\n\nPROXIES: Due 
 to insufficient product availability\, printed image proxies of cards will
  be allowed. They must be clearly identifiable as the card they are standi
